Layers which surrounds the bacterial cell are called
bacterial cell cover. This formation is compound from cytoplasmic membrane,
cellular wall and to some bacteria, the capsule. These formations are different
to gram positive and gram negative bacteria’s based on their construction of
the cellular wall.
