Eukaryotes and prokaryotes classification

Beside discoveries of microorganisms, the need of classification has become more and more necessary.
At this point we have a lot of attempts from a various scientist to classify the bacteria, in 1886 well known scientist Heckel propose that kingdom of microorganisms should be named as Protista. Protista are divided in to large groups: Eukaryotes (Eukaryote cell – True Nucleus) Prokaryotes (Prokaryote cell – False Nucleus).
Eukaryotes has a differenced core same as other cells in animals while prokaryotes has fake one (nucleoid) or nucleus zone.
Eukaryotes nucleus or even the other cell organelles are covered by membranes.
Eukaryotes cells are larger then prokaryotes also eukaryotes does the genetically material transfer from fusion of haploid gametes.
Prokaryotes lives in colony which the successors of an single cell create that community.
